Nick and I have been making green smoothies for breakfast. I don't drink coffee, but Nick usually does in the morning. He has challenged himself to skip his morning coffee, and drink a big glass of green goodness instead. We are ready to take on the day after enjoying our greens!
Todays smoothie:
1 head of romaine lettuce
handful of spinach
1 banana
1 apple
1 pear
pineapple
water
