Raw pudding

I ate raw foods for about 5 months. I loved it, and at the same time it was a challenge. I loved how I felt, I lost weight,  was eating more fruits and veggies, and I was able to still enjoy desert! After awhile I slowly introduced cooked food back into my diet. I still enjoy some of my favorite raw meals, and of course the smoothies every morning. The recipe I'm going to share with you is one of my favorite deserts. I love chocolate, and eating this doesn't make me feel guilty at all. If you love chocolate too, you must try making raw pudding. You would never know its raw!

Mix in blender until smooth
3-4 avocados
agave
cacao
banana (optional)
coconut (optional)

Enjoy!

  1. Hello, thanks for following my blog and I am so excited to be following yours!! I actually just had my 1 year pescetarian (vegetarian who eats fish) 2 days ago! But I have been very interested in taking it to the next level or give some other foods a try. This recipe looks easy to make and very delicious. Can you taste the avocado at all???

  2. Hi there! I am excited to follow you too!
You can't taste the avocado at all. Continue to add cacao and agave until you get the perfect chocolate taste. You can make it as mild or as rich as you like. Congrats on your 1 year! I love finding new healthy recipes, I will continue to post my favorite raw meals so you can give them a try :)

  3. I have made this, too, and will vouch for how good it is! How can you go wrong with cacao and avacados! It's a perfect marriage!
